Arriving independently in Siem Reap on Day 1, we begin with a welcome session in the evening and an introduction to Pub St, the centre of Siem Reap. Then it's straight into our volunteer project the next day, after a refreshing night's sleep.
Our volunteer program begins with a blessing by the local monks to wish us well on the project. We will spend Days 2, 3 & 4 working on our project and you will have an opportunity to take a guided walk through the community while we are there.
Our 5th day will begin with a visit to a local market before returning to the school to cook lunch for the children. Then, in the evening, we finish with a relaxing activity to celebrate the good work we have undertaken.
Our final full day in Siem Reap is free for you to relax, explore at your leisure and have some 'me' time.
If you have chosen the 'Volunteer Experience only' (short) tour, you will depart the group on Day 7.
